Support Job Growth. Support Hydrogen Technology.
The National Petroleum Council (NPC) recently published a landmark report on hydrogen that illustrates hydrogen’s potential to drive significant economic development in traditional energy and industrial communities across the U.S. In fact, increasing hydrogen production has the potential to create 700,000 jobs by 2030 and 3.4 million jobs by 2050.1
The recent report from the NPC also found that “hydrogen could help reduce emissions at a lower cost to society than other options, while also supporting U.S. economic growth and jobs and strengthening energy security.”
That’s why it’s crucial the U.S. continues to support this technology.
The benefits of hydrogen are far-reaching and, with the right government policies in place, the U.S. could become a global leader in this job-creating technology, all while increasing America’s energy dominance.
Leaders across the nation must embrace the economic growth and job creation hydrogen can provide.
